The automated membership organisator module of the website seems to do unplanned things at the moment. We thank you for your patience as we look into the problem.
Please do not pay for Senior Membership (it is not opened yet), or any other level if you know your membership doesn't expire within a month.

Announcing the Get Dusty Judge for January 2012!
Written by Admin
Sunday, 15 January 2012 15:36
I am pleased to announce that Jackie Simmonds has agreed to judge the Get Dusty this Month. If you haven't already entered there is still time so go and Get Dusty!

Jackie is an award-winning British artist, and art instruction author. A tutor for many years, she led workshops for The Artist Magazine, and also organised her own painting holidays to European destinations. She is now "retired" from teaching, in order to spend more time on her own work, write more books and explore other creative outlets too, but does still regularly contribute to The Artist Magazine, and to on-line art forums like WetCanvas.com. Her original paintings are sold in selected galleries in the UK and abroad, and her work has been shown by some of Britain's leading art institutions, including The Pastel Society and The Society of British Artists. Her prints have been sold world-wide, together with 7 books and a series of DVD's.
Have a look at Jackie's blog http://www.jackiesimmondsartyfacts.blogspot.com/ It is full of interesting articles and ideas about everything art!
